This Privacy Policy explains how Molto Productions LLC ("Molto," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit mol.to, contact us, book an appointment, or talk with our AI assistant by phone or chat.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some of our advertising activities may count as "selling" or "sharing" under certain US state laws; you can opt out of them (Section 10).
We use a consent tool provided by Cookiebot (Usercentrics) to ask for and record your cookie choices. Cookies fall into four categories:
Statistics and marketing tools run only after you allow them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie icon on the site or the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link. We use a visitor identification service provided by RB2B to understand which businesses and professionals visit our site. If you allow marketing cookies, RB2B's technology may set cookies and match your visit, using details such as your IP address and browser information, to publicly available business profile information, which may include your name, job title, company, business email and LinkedIn profile. We use this to follow up about our services. RB2B identifies individuals only for visitors in the United States.
This service does not run unless you allow marketing cookies. You can withdraw that permission at any time through the cookie icon or the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, or ask us to remove your information by emailing [email protected].
We advertise on platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Basis. To show our ads to existing contacts, or to people similar to them, we may upload contact information such as email addresses to these platforms. Phone numbers collected through our text-message program are never included. The information is hashed (converted into a coded format) before upload, and the platforms use it only to match it to their own users.
Under California and some other state laws, this may count as "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising. If you opt out of sale or sharing (Section 10), we will exclude your information from future uploads. Your text-message consent information is never included in these uploads.
When you allow marketing cookies, advertising tools on our site may also help us measure our campaigns and show our ads to you on other websites.
Our website and phone line offer an AI assistant ("Erin") by voice and chat. Erin tells you she is an AI at the start of every conversation.
Recordings, transcripts and chats are stored in our CRM platform, provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector), and are processed by the AI service providers that power the assistant. We use them to answer your questions, book appointments, follow up, and improve our service.
How you opt in: Our forms offer two separate, optional checkboxes for the Molto Productions LLC (aka Molto) messaging program:
Each is optional, consent is not a condition of purchase, and you must be 18 or older. We keep a record of when and how you consented or opted out.
Calls: we may call you about your request or appointment. We do not make marketing calls using an artificial, prerecorded or AI voice unless you have given prior express written consent.
Program details: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP to (888) 486-6586 for help, or reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you sign up again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy, except with the providers that deliver our text messages. Phone numbers collected through our text-message program are never uploaded to advertising platforms.
We share personal information only as described in this policy. Service providers help us run our business, under contracts that limit their use of the information:
We may also share information: with advertising platforms as described in Section 6, which you can opt out of; to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, users or others; in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization of our business; or with your consent for any other purpose.
Opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising: use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link or the cookie icon on our site, or email [email protected]. When you opt out by email, we also exclude you from customer-list uploads to advertising platforms.
Global Privacy Control: we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser.
Marketing emails and texts: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text.
Access, correction and deletion: depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email [email protected] or call (888) 486-6586. We will confirm your identity before acting, and respond within the time the law requires (45 days in California). You may use an authorized agent; we may ask the agent for proof of authority.
No discrimination: we will not deny you service or charge you a different price for exercising these rights.
Do Not Track: browsers' "Do Not Track" setting has no common standard, so we rely on Global Privacy Control instead.
In the past 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (services requested); internet activity (pages viewed and interactions); approximate geolocation; audio recordings (calls); and professional information (job title, company). Sources and purposes are described in Sections 2 and 3. We "share" identifiers and internet activity for targeted advertising as described in Sections 5 and 6; you can opt out at any time (Section 10). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Shine the Light: California residents may ask once a year whether we shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing. We do not.
If you visit from Canada, we ask for your consent before using statistics or marketing tools. You may withdraw consent at any time through the cookie icon, and you may contact us about access to or correction of your information at [email protected].
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, for example while you are a contact or customer and for a reasonable period afterward for records, legal and tax obligations. Call recordings and chat transcripts are kept in our CRM according to its retention settings.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and for significant changes we will provide additional notice.
